My husband could always play one song on the piano. One.
Whenever he sat down to play that one song, his fingers often stumbled at a certain measure in the middle.
About a month ago, he decided to practice the piano every day before work. He leaves fairly early, so he can only dedicate 7 or 8 minutes (10 if he’s lucky), not the standard 30 that piano teachers prescribe for their students.
Now, a month later, his fingers never stumble in that song. And he can play at least four others, with more in various states of progress.
Seven minutes. That’s it.
